Susie Carter is a freelance food writer living in Winchester, Hampshire. She specialises in creating recipes using fresh local produce and has experience in styling food for photography.

Susie is an experienced home economist and food stylist and is available for work on shoots in the South East and London. You can also commission her for ingredient features, restaurant reviews, product development and cookery demonstrations.

In October 2008 Susie won ITV's Britain's Best Dish with her Smoked Trout and Watercress Tart, made entirely from ingredients produced in Hampshire.
